Bringing in the first semester with a bang, the game was not for the weak at heart. Those involved in Assassination nev- er knew what lurked around the corner. Would they find trouble in some library alcove? Where would the kiss of death strike next? The game proved to be a popular, if nerve- wracking, test to start out school. COSA followed Assassination with many more activities sure to appeal to a college crowd. Bands, like The lacks and I.P. 81 the Stone Cold Band, rocked the walls of the MSC. Hypnotists mesmerized students. The social calender was filled with mov- ies, dances, and entertainers to please every taste. Two air band contests called on the creative urges of Grace1and's would-be stars and turned out to be well-attended, enjoyable events. All in all, COSA offered a scintillating line-up of enter- tainers, from near and far, and helped to keep Graceland's so- cial side moving steady. -S.
