M.S.N.A M.S.N.A. Executive This year 1970-1971, M.S.N.A. has seen the complete turnover of the execu¬ tive. With a new executive we plan to introduce new ideas and constitutions. We are re-organizing M.S.N.A. to accommodate the new two-year programme. Our future executives will be elected early in the year, work side by side with the old executive, so that when they take over they will be readily equipped and familiar with the system and programmes. We were fortunate to be able to participate in the Festival of Life and Learning at the University of Manitoba and hear Dr. Mussallem speak on World Unity - thanks to the School of Nursing and Ward Staff for making arrangements. Sandy Inman and myself were able to attend a press conference and luncheon with Dr. Mus salem. The International Inn was the scene of this year ' s Sweetheart Ball. The Ball was held on March 12 with Pat Arthur representing Grace. Pat, you looked lovely and did a great job! Slave Days were held to raise money for bursaries. You did a swell job of supporting us. Future plans include: Inter-school sports, more M.S.N.A. functions per year, and guest speakers at meetings. Reps: 2nd year - Maxine Helgason 1st year - Vicky Harrowen Thanks Vicky for your help. Also a special thank-you to Mrs. Jackson for listening to all my problems and giving help where needed. Thank you everyone for all the help and support you have given us this year. Everything is progressing rapidly with more knowledge and better techniques. Kids today have a lot to ad¬ just to and cope with. Where do we turn to when we need someone we can depend on? Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and forever says, i will never leave thee nor forsake thee. N. C. F. is a place where we can lay open both our frustrations and joys. If we honestly search for answers to our questions and doubts, we find that God and His Word have them. Through discussions and Bible studies, we are learning to know better a source of hope that can be depended on in our fast moving world. Audrey Loewen N.C.F. President 91
