Follow- ing graduation, they obtain pos tions as teachers of mathematics or science. The loan forgiveness program then pays a pert of thew loans for each year that they teach. The General Assembly of the State of indiana pessed legisiation in 1983 which provided for the implementation of a loan Dining Together Faculty members in both the college and the seminary have been given tickets for eight breekfasts or lunches in the dining commons. The purpose of this fnew program is to provide oppor- tunity for faculty and students to meet informally whether for academic discussions, to work together on school projects and activities, or simply for Christian fellowship. Students, why not in- vite a professor to have lunch with you to discuss your studies, ac- tivities. or concerns? 14 Commitment Two Day of Prayer. It is a time for reflection and prayer on the part of both the faculty a nd staff and the student body. The day is designed to allow for reflection on one's ide and his relationship to God. Assisting us in this effort ths semester wil be pastor Donald Engram of the Church of the Open Door in Elyria, Ono. Pastor Engram is a much sought-after speaker at Bible conferences as well as college settings. A graduate of Moody and Sterling College, he went on to receive his degree from Hanyang University of Seoul, Korea. He has traveled the world extensively, including visits to China, india, and. several countries behind the ron Curtain. Betore entering the ministry full time, Pastor Engram worked with the Detroit Voice of Christian Youth. He was actively involved in its varied programs and ralies. Presently, along with his duties as @ pastor, he is also the president of American Board and treasurer of the World Board for interna tional Needs.
