Fall Retreat “Look, Boo-Boo! They ' re coming to Jelly- stone Park! Gee, Yogi, it must be time for their Fall Retreat. Hope they bring some pic- a-nic baskets! Then we ' ll really have some fun. And fun is just what GC students had on Sep¬ tember 15 from 10 to 4 o ' clock. A great turn¬ out was reported for the day ' s activities, which included inter-class competition in softball, all- star football, volleyball for all, and mini-golf for free! As far as the pic-a-nic baskets, lunch in the lodge consisted of the traditional meal and fro¬ zen pudding! Strength for the day ' s activities . . . all you could eat. Students enjoyed the day as it gave them an opportunity to cut classes without a guilt complex as well as get away from Winnie Lake. The spirit of Christian fellowship was evident as everyone took part in the games. To sum it all up, the Fall Retreat was a day of fun, food, and fellowship for all! 4 % J

✓ «r ■ Homecoming Coronation On Friday, October 15, the 1976 Grace Col¬ lege Homecoming proved no exception to the rule that excitement can captivate an evening. The decorations, the music, the audience, the attendants with their escorts, and especially the queen, were a part of what it took to develop the theme, Magical Memories. The audience waited breathlessly for the MC to announce the 1976 Homecoming Queen, Deb Keillor. Following the corona¬ tion, friends honored Queen Deb and her court at a reception held in the Green Room of the Intemationl Friendship House.
