The ambitious cast worked hard during weeks of vigorous rehearsals, and gave an ex- citing and memorable performance. A popular, contemporary drama, Our Town suc- ceeds in bringing the audience into the actual production through use of the narrator and be- cause of the unique construction of the play. 'N..-J F. Sullivan, D. Honecker, N. Rekemeir, A. Bencit. Notes float through the air several times a day, and the sound comes from Mr. Edward Brown's musical workshop. He often wishes he had a few more arms as he carries out his duties as head of the chorale, festival choir, concert choir, and beginning chorus. His biggest job, of course, is to coordinate the music programs of the three regional high schools. His excellent direction was shown during Annie Gel Your Gun. The singing groups have also been active this year. They sent members to All-State Chorus, presented two excellent vocal programs, and attended a performance at the Met. Their sound of music brings much credit to G.L.R.H.S. Mr. Brown at work. 81
