SENIOR CLASS — 1958 The Senior Class of 1958 has participated in the usual senior activities, including the Senior Play and the Senior Square Dance. The Senior Square Dance was a great success this year, due largely to the efforts of the students themselves. The Seniors would like to thank Mr. Stevenson, Mr. McIntyre, and Mr. Cromie for their constant efforts to prepare us for graduation. Mr. Graham, who is leaving next year, has contributed much to broaden our minds and personalities. PRIZES AND AWARDS College Scholarships: Patrick Collins, Janet Halladay, Gary Richardson, Marlene Riley, Glenn Van Valkenburg, New York State Regents Scholar- ships ; Gary Richardson, State Engineering Scholarship; Patrick Collins, hon- orary scholarship from the University of Rochester; Gary Richardson, John McMullen Scholarship from Cornell University and a scholarship from Rens- selaer Polytechnic Institute; Patrick Collins, Rouse Scholarship and a scholar- ship from Colgate University; Richard Moore, Independent Order of Odd Fellows Scholarship; Marlene Riley, honorary scholarship from the Univer- sity of Rochester. Stephen Adler, Lawrence Sheldon and Margaret Walrath tied for the Aldrich Scholarship. Marlene Riley was a finalist in the National Honor Society testing pro- gram. Gary Richardson received the Syracuse Alumni Award and the Bausch and Lomb Science Award. Lillith Sitts received the Betty Crocker Award. Marlene Riley won the Marion Bowman English Prize. (21)
