Essay Contest The prize of ten dollars in gold, offered annually by the Daughters of the American Revolution for the best essay on a selected topic, was won this year by Margaret Whalen. Fourteen members of the Senior Class submitted essays on the topic Should the United States Cancel the War Debts Owed to Her by For- eign Nations? Class Poem Four years ago, from near and far We gathered and formed friendships new. Right then we learned from Mr. Brown The type of work each one should do.
