Saturday hsteak nigh? was cancelled, and in September and October, second helpings of main dishes were sharply curtailed. 56 3:: V 57 Some additional familiar faces on the Goucher campus in 1973-1974. 58 In 1973-1974 there was an increase in security precautions when the Goucher campus experienced a rise in assault and crimes. Even the bookstore employed a campus patrolman! i,mmwmmwmumwuwm 59 The Red Cross blood drive at Goucher was not too successful this year, but those who partici- pated found it a very satisfying and not too painfulD experience. 60 The national fuel shortage did not pass unnoticed 0n the Goucher campus . . . ?. t x; 3 61 and due to the independent truckeras strike early in February, the service drive was emptier than usual.
