They have done a lot of activities such as participating in the grade school basketball tournament and in the Pizza Hut Book It contest. They also learned how to make bread and popcorn peanut rolls. They have put a frog into hibernation, grew beans and then dissected them, tested detergent for impurities, and made reading readometers The Bugling of the Elks was a memorable field trip that they took. The 6th grade is excited about going into junior high next year
