url' Performances by students highlighted the traditional friendship week convoca tions Monday students participated in an impromptu dramatic skit prepared by the Thespians Representatives from each class participated in a game show They were put in a hypothetical situation concerning friendship and judged according to their decisions The Crimsonaires and the Jazz Ensem- ble performed for the student body on Wednesday. The Jazz Ensemble also per- formed for the Senior Citizen luncheon which capped Wednesday s agenda. The week was concluded on Friday with a campaign convocation for the under- classmen. During this convocation nomi- nees for class and student council presi- dencies gave campaign speeches. The seniors enjoyed free refreshments and discussed end of the year plans during this time in the cafeteria. Friendship Week Highlights Students A .ini

Moonlight on the Bay was the theme for the '78-'79 prom which was held in the high school gym. Approximately 250 people who participated found themselves on the bay in San Fransisco, enjoying refreshments on Fish- erman's Wharf, looking out across the Pacific to sight sailboats and ships. A lighthouse ac- cented these decorations to make the setting complete. The couples danced to the sounds of l.C. Hott. After the prom, the students enjoyed FM, a movie shown at Goshen Theater, and pizza was served by parents at the First English Luth- eran Church in Goshen. Steve Conder and Karen Penrod served as this year's co-chairmen and Jane lngold head- ed the decoration committee.
