Members of Student Council carried grocery carte down second my gg tllght etelre ll they oenveeed the echool. student council Council Represented Students Two convocations, Up With PeopIe and Free Wheelin were two popular convos sponsored by Student Council. Almost Anything Goes was the Councils most in- tergetic project. The contest was scheduled in the spring. The Council worked with the administration to povide senior parking behind the school and on the 10th street lot. With the cooperation of the guidance department, a Career Day was scheduled for juniors and seniors so that they could receive first-hand knowledge of local business and industry. Representatives to Student Council were elected by first period homeroom students. The council met twice a month in room 312. Ofticers included Nevin Longardner presidentg Robb Bigler, vice-presidentg Stephanie Hoffman, secret- aryg and Milt Thomas, spon- sor.
