OUR LA T YEAR AT GH i SENIOR OFFICERS: Seated, Bill Davis, presidentg Julia Sherck, treasurer: Janice Hess, sergeant-at-armsg Nancy Crr-gier, secretaryg Jim Cingvrich, vice-president: Dave Lantz, sergeant- at-arms. SENIOR SPONFORS: Mr. Don Yoder Miss Sara ,lane Felter, Mrs. Patricia Flatter, and Mr. Marvin Frey. As summer ended. the class of 1902 again re- turned to the halls of Goshen lligh School. This time. however. we returned as seniors. Soon we were back in the swing of things at football games. dances. and club meetings. Of course, we were also studying long homework assign- ments and cramming for tests in between our various activities. In early October we began working hard on the presentation of Moods in Color. our Senior lfollies. Our next big senior activity was a chicken barbecue which served as il money-raising project. As wc eagerly awaited our senior trip, we found ourselves attending many basketball games and the sectional tourney. In March. we pre- sented the play, The Robe. Soon after spring vacation. we as a class were on our way to New York City! Our high school days were nearing an end, and we were busy with last-minute activities. One outstanding activity was the recording and pro- duction of the Sounds of the Year. As a result of this new project, we shall hear on record our prineipal's voice, our cheers at basketball games, and other sounds familiar to our senior days at GHS. All too soon we found ourselves walking down the aisle to the strains of Pomp and Cir- eumstance with diploma in hand. During the past four years, we have been ably and patiently advised by Mr. Bontrager, Miss Felter. Mrs. Flatter. Mr. Frey, and Mr. Yoder. KI
