VI. What do You say, Jesus Christ? Sepulchred in satin Have You earned our adoration? Did Your crucifiers Bed You in such splendor You forgot the Resurrection? With what deception You are sacrificed Throughout the ages, And how carefully we smooth Your funeral pillows!
