V. lllicaragua needs someone like Jesus Christ the good man the great teacher Whom they have crucified and in the universities the priests unravel intricate philosophies theologies heresies and confide that they no longer accept the things our parents held sacred And the people revere this Christ and a myriad saints to whom they pray for rain for protection for the health of their little chickens We need a Nicaraguan Christ, For Jesus Christ Himself sleeping on satin pillows in the elegant decay of forgotten cathedrals Ministered to the Jews, Who crucified Him.
