Imagine, as you read, that there appear before you Genii vv hose purpose is to re- veal to you that intangible thing called the Spirit of an Institution. Each Genius, soliloquising, w ill reveal the spirit of the department he represents; he will relate its purpose; he w ill review its ac- complishments; he will disclose its hopes and ambitions.
