The intersehoiastie pro- gram is offered for those young men who wish to specialize in athIeties in order that LhEY may do work in coaching. The inter- class program is carried on so that young men who do not care to participate in interseholastic competition may have some means of getting beneficial exercise and re- laxation and also learn something about athletics that may;r make them better teach- ers. The major sports are cross country. baseball. and basketball. The minor sports are softball. horseshoes, tennis. pingppong, and an ioterelass track meet.
