The group was under the supervision of Mr. Amos Qualls who read scripture and commented. During the time that was left,questions were brought up discussed, and answered. On the average, there were from twelve to fourteen present. Each day we had visit ors. Miss Eliza Alma Hand attended our meetings when pos- sible. When the noon hour was over, we had closing prayer- by some of the members. This band was organized in Jan- uary during the Methodist Revival. 96

His duties are to ars- wer the students hand, allowing only one person on the floor at a time. Therefore the teacher in charge of the assembly has more time to give individual supervision of study.
