Phases II and lll will include the erec- retiring older priests from the heavy burden of their administrative tasks. Next was approved a program which provided for the care of these priests once they were retired. His concern for the care of priests and nuns of the archdiocese was exemplified when he inagurated a plan for a health examination for them periodically.
