JIM SHAW —Room 210 ' s intelligent and athletic president. Jim ' s interests include sports and getting good marks. Dislikes: getting up early and seventh graders. Ambition: Maths teacher. DEREK THORVALDSON- Little Trevor ' s” inter¬ ests include Fords, girls, sports and anyone who makes him laugh. Dislikes: Chev ' s., testsand year¬ book write-ups. Ambition: to have fun. JOHN BATE-John is an avid member of the Science Club and the Chimes staff. Can be found helping someone with Chemistry or Math. One of Miss Martin’s favourite students! FRANK LAN- DINO —Alias Dino he is one of our imports from Daniel McIntyre. A friend to all! Likes: peace. Dislikes: grease. Ambition: French teacher. Fate: fourth year in Grade XII MURRAY RAZZELL- Enjoys all sports except baseball. Murray claims he likes IS. ' s so much that he just may stay around for another year. Fate: author of next Grade XII Chemistry text. COLIN HOLBROW-A great guy! Spends all week planning for the week-ends. Dislikes: homework. Ambition: forestry or External Affairs. (What ' s her name Colin?) ROD CHELLE-Room 210 ' s sex maniac. Can always be seen with the opposite sex. Rod likes girls, hunting, and his hortie room teacher (in that order). Ambition: casanova. Fate: Lonely Hearts Club member. DAVE LETKEMAN- Dave is handsome intelligent and athletic —ask him—he ' ll tell you! Seriously Dave is a real great guy. Interests include week-ends, holidays, and girls. Ambition: pharmacist. ANDY COUCHMAN—Andy ' s interests include girls, shooting, volleyball and drinking coffee in 112. His only enemy in Gordon Bell is the milk machine. Ambition: pilot. Fate: to get air-sick. NORMAN JONASSON —If you think Norman was in bad shape last Grad. —wait until you see him this year!!! Interests include basketball and foot¬ ball. Dislikes: junior-high students with briefcases. MARIETTE DOMOKOS-The girl with the bells! Known for her fascinating way of dress. Ambition: to become herself, to get to know herself. Fate: HEATHER ANDERSON —Little girl of many moods. Heather always has something to say and says it so everyone can hear it. Ambition: pass Grade XII and then go on to greener pastures! WENDY SCOTT — Petite but potent lass who lives for those week-ends. Likes: being with Geordie, animals, and her future plans. Dislikes: narrow-minded people. Ambition: veterinarian. SHIRLEY COUR- CHANE-A quiet type who always has her home¬ work done. Keeps her private life a secret and keeps us wondering! JOHN GAIR —He claims that he likes homework, libraries and exams. Dislikes: holidays, teacher ' s conventions, and getting out of school early. Really John?!! DAVE McGIMPSEY-Gets a big kick out of listening to other members of 210 explain to Miss Martin why they are late. Pet Peeve: being one of the other members WENDIE GAUDHE-A cute kid with a lot of things on her mind. Likes: Bob Dylan, the color blue, and clothes. Dislikes: forgetting things. Ambition: jour¬ nalist. Fate: papermill worker AINSLEY THOR- ARINSON — Room 210 ' s frolicking Frolic represen¬ tative. Loves all and is loved by all! Ambition: roll into Arts at U. of M. and fly through the uni¬ verse on a 4-speed magic carpet KATHY YERA- KIS — Good things come in small packages —eh KathM Always has a smile and kind word for everyone. Likes: sports, parties, and holidays. Am¬ bition: Home Economist. MYRNA PODOLSKY-Myrna is a moderately quiet girl in school and spends her week-ends studying (mostly the opposite sex) Likes: Bob Dylan. Dislikes: Sunday nights and Monday mornings. LORNA ELGERT-Another import from Daniel Mc¬ Intyre. Lorna is a very quiet but intelligent mem¬ ber of 210. Likes: football games, week-ends. Ambition: social worker. Fate: social case. ELSIE DOWHAN —Quiet —but don’tbe mislead. Elsiehas a smile for all. Likes: music, food, and fashions. Dislikes: Tiny Tim. Ambition: to marry for love and money. Fate: professional spinster. KATHY HOLLUP-Kathy was probably talking flu¬ ently before she could wal k. Interests include music, sewing, and holidays. Dislikes: Monday mornings and cold weather. Ambition: to have one. DAVID KRISTALOVICH—Alias Krista. Room 210 ' s smallest member, but claims the highest marks. Interests: curling, swimming and Maths (in Room 207) Fate: laugh himself to death. RUTH HENNE- Ruth has a smile and kind word for everyone. Likes: week-ends, reading, and walking (with a broken leg???) Dislikes: homework. Ambition: nurse. Fate: patient for life. BARBARA LOFTO-Affectionately known as Moose. Likes: mixed summer camps, week-end trips with the girls, and food. Dislikes: calories. Ambition: see the world by air. Fate: travel with¬ out an airplane. ARDITH BOWDEN — Sweet, neat and petite. Ardith ' s likes include long week-ends, I.S. periods, and sports. Dislikes: hiding her lunch under Kamp’s tables. Pet Peeve: being called Aardvark. DENNIS LYLYK-Endures hardships of school each week so that he can participate in Curling. Dislikes anything concerned with school. Ambition: engineer. Fate: to put Labatts out of business. STEFAN KUNA — Stefan ' s a newcomer to Gordon Bell. Spends his week-ends washing the car? Likes: Maths. Dislikes: Biology. Ambition: University. Fate: washing out Miss Labarge ' s fish tanks. JAMES ZASTRE — Found at V.B. during the summer, chasing all the girls. Likes: girls and books. Dislikes: Maths and French. Ambition: write a book. Fate: author of Mathe- matique du Quebec. CAROL RONDEAU -Came from Louis Riel this year to become one of the illustrious cheerleaders. She is known for the jokes she tells at the lockers. JIM DOWNEY - The army man in our midst. Known by his stories of wild times he ' s had with the army. Dislikes: Fortran IV error messages. Likes: censored. DAVE McNAUGHTON — Room 321 ' s cassanova can be found in I12A drinking coffee with Mr. W. (brown-nosing for brownie points). Dave plans to attend U. of B.C., majoring in Bio-chemistry. ASHLEY FINLAYSON - Nick¬ named ‘ ' Huck. Walks around the school makina SHELDON GILCHRIST —Sheldon plans to rough it up North for a few years, basically to get away from school. Then, he may come back to take an engineering course at M.l.T. ADRIAN BERNARD- Would like to study science at University next year. His chief interests are cricket, cars, and learning to skate.
