The disappointing defeat of a millage Increase on March 30, forced the administration to make a number of changes, including teacher layoffs, and transfers between buildings. Also, a number of programs have either had to be cut, or modified. Other than that, and the possible headaches ahead for next year, this has been a smooth-running year!! 1.
