The youthful junior senator from the Bay State was greeted by thunderous applause by almost 6,000 persons in attendance. After receiving an honorary doctor of laws degree, Sen. Kennedy gave the dedication address in which he stressed the qualities and ideas left to America by his brother. He expressed praise to Gonzaga and hope that his brother's life will be cultivated at GU in the years to come. Other dignitaries present were Sen. Warren Mag- nuson, Washington, Rep.
