Three Weeks More Returning Gonzagans were a little surprised and dis- mayed to find that the new dorms in which they ex- pected to live were not ready for occu ancy due to D construction problems. About 250 students were shel- tered within private homes, the Waikiki Retreat House and in -the basements of other dorms until the new dorms were completed. Chairmen Jay Shelledy and Mike Cohen mentioned that more money was en- tered on the receipts than any previous Campus Days. The Engineers' Club won the over-all competition in games and booths. The Hawaii Club lured the first place award for the king and queen competition. The official dance of Campus Days, Polka Dots and Moon- beams, claimed to hit all-time attendance records.
