Bob Sledge, Senior A brilliant defensive end who diagnosed opponents' plays with uncanny ability. Wilfred QBuckD Flaherty, Senior He captained the team from a tackle position. All-city selection and played in the Shrine Benefit game. Youngest of the famous football Flahertys. Verily, a name to conjure with in football circles. Bill Codd, Senior Boy orator who played end during the football season. It's a treat to watch Bill take out an opposing tackle. Fans will never forget the pass he caught in the North Central game. Aub has a secret yen to be a cowboy and keeps in shape by collecting absentee slips. Ray Molitor, Senior All-city end who displayed his versatility in the Shriners' Benefit game.
