Yfjascoti Ronnie Lynn Gaines Anne Rives a add Jbony We began in this school To write our song— Listen to onr class now singing— Pushing along—- It’s been fun to work— We’ve done no wrong— So for you we are prepared— To sing this song. We can count to ten— And read and write— You can hear our hearts beating— We’ve won our fight— We have learned a lot— But hearts are light— For we know that we must sav To you, good-night. We are saying good-bye— You’re not to blame— If you hear our voices bringing Our school great fame— You have given your best— We’ve played the game— As we leave Goldston we hope To stay the same. We are moving along— We can not stay— We can hear the voices ringing— “You have done your part; Be on your way,” As we sing our old class song On this last day. Bv ELOISE GAINES
