£e tian. Class Officers President . Vice-President Secretary . Treasurer . . Vera Darnell .. Josephine Cheek .. Doris Hart Gilmer McMillan Patting ' Goodbye old school, we say adieu, But how we hate to go! Away, and leave our friends so dear And teachers we love so. For twelve long years of happiness, we shared much joys and tears; And someone always seemed to care About our problems through the years. We’ll never forget the happy days, We spent at Goldston High. We’ll always hold within our hearts A friendship that shall never die. Our classmates and our dear old school, It is so hard to leave. But time has flown, and we have grown Too old and bold to grieve. The hope the future has in store Much success, and also wealth, For the Senior class of Goldston High, A class of gold, deserves such wealth. Class Poet, Ruby Ellis Page Nine
