Goldsboro Bootrd of Eduoottion The Goldsboro Board of Education is composed of nine members of the communi- ty who are appointed by the Wayne County School Board. They meet once a month with Dr. N. H. Shope, superintendent of city schools, who is also executive secretary of the board. At these meetings, the board discusses matters of importance concerning both high school and grade school students. MR. He works constantly with various people to make progress in the betterment of the school system. Dr Shope graduated from Otterbein College and re ceived his Masters Degree and his Doctors Degree from the University of North Carolina.
