Marion Ledford Class motto: Why study today when you can copy tomorrow? Class flower: Red rose. Class colors: Blue and white. Dazed, dumbfounded, wondering What everything was all about, we staggered through our initiation into our first year of high school. Our only social function was the Return Mixer. Officers were: President, Al Wilke; Vice President, Calvin DeMaris; Secretary, Shirley Hansen; Treasurer, Pauline Rauscher. Beginning to see our way through the haze in this, our Sophomore year, we looked about us and started taking an interest in the affairs of G. H. S. Presiding officers were: President, Charles Conlee; Vice President, Michael Mallon; Secretary, Calvin DcMaris; Treasurer, Janice Spalding. We were really in full swing our Junior year. Being, oh so very original, we had a variety show for our play and ttHIeaventt as the theme for the prom. Class officers were: President, Dorothy Hoctor; Vice President, J ack Davenport; Secretary, Marion Beers; Treasurer, Walter Smith. . Fullfledged big wigs we really made things Whirl.
