Senior editors produce award winners Seniors dominated the publication staffs which continued to produce award- winning products in 1986-87. The Pathfinder was rated the best newspaper in the San Joaquin Valley and the staff defended its Valley sweepstakes award at the San Joaquin Valley Scholastic Press Association convention in March. “This group of seniors is the best I have seen on a staff in 10 years of teaching,” said adviser Lee Terkelsen.
