WITH GRATEFUL APPRECIATION We, the class of '59, consider the dedication of this Reflector to you, Miss Carla Holtermann, only a small part of our thanks. In so many ways you have helped us. We thank you for each precious word . . . He hears; there's no need to fear . . . Face it realistically . . . Confess it. . . . Words such as these have been the light which has shone through you to us. As countless numbers of young men and women have left these halls, it has been with warm appreciation in their hearts for the special time you gave to each one. It has been a great comfort to many to have the assurance that a job was waiting for them as a result of your concern and continued efforts. So, Miss Holtermann, we thank you for your inspiration to us . . . your concern for each individual . . . and your understanding and lovingkindness shown to all. We thank our God in all remembrance of you. Most humbly and sincerely we pray that as you continue your walk with Him you might forever be shed- ding His light to others as you have to us.

Wherever we go, we must be serving Christ, and He alone can help us do so. To know that He can give us patience and unlimited understanding, through LOVE, is all we need to go forward for Him. We thank God for LEI and for calling each one of us here to study, grow, and relax in His love and guidance. These years have been rich and full of many blessings. We will thank our Lord as we look back on them with fond memories.
