cud: Rally, committee This committee consists of ten members - four staff members and six students; the students serve on three smaller commit- tees - namely, publicity, prayer and ushering. The Youth Rallies, attended by hundreds of Twin City Lu t h e r a n Youth, are planned by this committee and are conducted the first and third Saturdays of each month.
