cud: Rally, committee This committee consists of ten members - four staff members and six students; the students serve on three smaller commit- tees - namely, publicity, prayer and ushering. The Youth Rallies, attended by hundreds of Twin City Lu t h e r a n Youth, are planned by this committee and are conducted the first and third Saturdays of each month. The council serves as the student seIf-governing body and as a coordinator of student- faculty relations. They meet weekly to plan the social activities of the school, to discuss the problems brought to them by the students, and they also have charge of stu- dent chapel once a week. 24
