Carol Cheney Barbara Huber FIFTH AND SIXTH Our enrollment this year is twenty-six: ten in the Fifth Grade and sixteen in the Sixth. Two of our number have not been previously enrolled in our school: Karen Jo Krumsick and Charley Heskett. Our school year has been most profitable and enjoyable. In years to come we shall have many happy memories of our work together, the sharing of our treasures, our projects in art, and Better English contests, the parties, the recreation periods, our birthdays, the ciphering and spelling matche and our visitors. Five of our boys are Scout membersg two of our girls are Girl Scoutsg in our group are eleven 4-H Club membersg and fourteen of us are studying band. James Juenemann joined the second grade, Darwin Kincaid joined it in the fifth. Gayle Schieck left the class during the fifth and sixth but retumed for the seventh. Class Officers: President, Johnnie Richardsg Vice President, Larry Thurlowg Secretary, Jimmie Williamsg Treasurer, Jim Marisg Librarian, Kathy Ketchum. Cheerleaders: Harriet Barnett, Kathy Claar and Diane Lair. The eighth grade classmates have been together for eight consecutive years with the one exception of Marion Forbes who entered the class in the second grade and has remained for seven consecutive years. As far back as we can remember there have been nine other pupils who have been in the class, but who have with-drawn.
