Standing M Schro der Social, D Wedel Student Council S bchmidt Worship, D Klassen Reporter Se ted D Klaassen Secretary, L Voth Vice President, R Wedel President, Mr Linscheid Advisor, D Unruh Treasurer 'To create, maintain and extend throughout the school and community high standards of Christian character With this in mind the H1 Y club made plans durlng the year to build and help create Christian youre men At the beginning of the school year the club sponsored a father son picnic at which the duties and prlvileges of Hi Y members were outllned. During the school year the Hi Y met every other Friday. Programs included a variety of types speakers, educatlonal movies, mUS1CBl groups, and others designed to teach us the beauty of our nation and our responslbilities as Christians and citizens. As in former years the club handled the sale of text books and the money was used for varlous projects of benefit to the school. Also each member was given an opportunity to have a morning devotional durlng the school year. Have we lived? Have we acted? Have we done our duty in our community? We all have failed at times but thxough Hi-Y we are trying for improvement.
