Mr. Briggs, a Cartoonist, was here. 20-Pictures for the Goal. 23-Senior Assembly. 30-No school. Teachers meeting at Marietta. November ll-Mr. Rutledge left for the army. 13-Senior pictures taken. Cheerleaders were chosen: Donna Rice, jane Miller, jean Kohl. Sophomore Assembly. 16-Miss Stage fills the vacancy left by Mr. Rutledge. 17-Goal staif chosen. 18-19-20-School one-half day. Gas rationing. 25--Thanksgiving Assembly. 26-27--Thanksgiving Vacation. December ll-Senior picture proofs returned. 21-Christmas Program. 23-Christmas Assembly. 24--Christmas Vacation begins. January 4-Back to school again. 22-junior Assembly. 28-Senior Pictures came. Group Pictures taken. 30-Sophomore Skating Party at Riverside. February 22-Holiday-Off from School. 23-24-25-26-Half-day school. War Ration Book No. 2. 27-Everybody happy? Well, l guess! We are Tuscarawas County Champs again. March 2-Band Concert. 6-We won Sectional Tournament and are classified for District Tournament. 8--Senior Skating Party at Riverside. April 16-Senior Class Play. , 23-County Band Festival. May 14-Junior-Senior Banquet. 16-Baccalaureate. 2 1-Commencement.
