The Photography Club For several years GHS has witnessed the efforts of a few candid camera enthusiasts. This year a new organization, the Photography Club, was founded under the guidance of Daniel Garliner. This new club has two objectives. They are: l, To stimulate interest in photography in high school. To develop skill in taking developing printing and enlarging pictures The club s first prolect was building a dark room on the basement floor A schedule was arranged so that each member could use the dark room at least twice a week. This experi- ment has proven very successful. An exhibit of pictures taken by the mem- bers was held in March. Of sixty pictures ex- hibited, three were awarded prizes. First prize went to Edward Chug second, Edward Greyg and third, Dick Shires. Shires also exhibited some kodochrome slides.
