The Guidance department does an ex- cellent job helping us get through school; deciding what classes to take and fitting those classes into our schedules. It also helps us to prepare for our lives beyond G.H.S. Our Librarians help us to find the resources we need to do well in our classes. They also let us talk quietly when study teachers won’t. The Reading department gives extra help to those of us who need to spend a little extra time on their reading skills. The Nurse and her assistant are always there to help us. Whether it be a tiny splinter or a horrible cold they’re eager to cure us. The Job Placement Center helps to find us jobs from after school and sum- mer jobs to part time and professional jobs. Although ESL is a program that a lot of us are unfamiliar with, it is a helpful program. The ESL program makes it possible to have exchange students. 21
