22 PHYSICAL EDUCATION With today’s stress on physical fitness, Miss Maryellen Flanagan and Mr. Donald Snyder are busy teaching freshmen and sophomores the use of various gymnastic equipment. As a result of this basic training, many seniors have played varsity sports, and each one of us has gained valuable training. Geary has trained boys for employment as auto-mechanics, carpenters, electricians, printers, and machinists. A recent addition to the Vocational School is the Fishing and Vessel Management course taught by Captain Carlo J. Sinagra.
