I would like to congratulate the Class of ’73 for the way you have accepted the duties and responsibili- ties of good school citizenship. You have been a credit to yourself, your parents and your school. Keep up the good work in the future. Our nation needs those who can accept both freedom and responsibility. As you move out into the adult world, I hope that you will think kindly about G.H.S. We will need your help. Au re voir. James P. McNally Vice-Principal Congratulations to the members of the Class of 1973. As you leave Gloucester City High School to pursue the careers of your choosing, remember the 1972-73 school year as the year of great opportunity for young adults. New federal and state laws have made it possible for you to participate in elections and broaden your rights in the areas of consumerism and social behavior. Many members of our gradu- ating class will have voted in this year’s Presidential election. High school students are permitted more freedom of dress and hair style than in previous years. I hope that Gloucester City High School has prepared you well in accepting the responsibilities of adulthood and in facing the challenges of the future. Good luck! Ronald J. Pritchett Vice-Principal 17
