Activities: Newspaper Staff 4; Junior Prom Committee. ALYCE KEEBLER 32 Barnard Ave. Commercial Keeb Alyce is the happy-go-lucky blonde bombshell of our class. Her gay laughter can always be heard ring- ing through the halls. Best be care- ful, fellows, she has her eye out for a man with a bankroll. Hobby: Going down to Powells. Goal: Marry a rich guy. Third St. Commercial Bunny Bunny, like her nickname, is quiet, quick, and gentle. Once she has started on a job, she sticks to it until it is completed. She has always been helpful and loyal to dear old Gloucester High and her classmates. Hobby: Sports. Goal: To be a success. Favorite Saying: “Oh, come on, will you? Pet Peeve: Waiting for Ruth. General Academic Schabozay The late bell has sounded, and where is Kelley? He is home in bed. as usual. Or maybe he is having trouble deciding what to wear today. This likeable lad has another mania, his motorcycle. Late or early, Kelley is always off to a flying start. Hobby: Motorcycles. Goal: To own a 1951 Harley David- son Cycle. Favorite Saying: See you at the dairy. Pet Peeve: School. Activities: Music Appreciation. ELIZABETH JANE KELLY 130 Westminster Ave. College Entrance in Arts Kel “Betty is just a tiny mite, but every bit of her speaks efficiency. Her versatility in all four years has been characterized by plenty of pep. Betty's snappy come-backs will al- ways remain in our hearts. Hobby: Music, books. Goal: To be a good nurse. Science and Engineering Tran Good-natured Franny is known to all of us. Wherever you see a crowd, there will be Kunicki either the center of attraction or laughing with the rest of the gang. DORIS HUGHES 409 Highland BIvd. Commercial Dor When we think of Doris, we think of friendliness personified. Positively nothing is too much to ask of her, and if it can be done she will cer- tainly do it. Her ability on the basket- ball court will be outstanding when we think of Doris. Hobby: Sports. ELEANOR MAY JOHNSON 23 Thompson Ave. College Entrance in Arts E e Eleanor loves to chatter. She is always right there when it comes to fun. She seems to get her learning easily, and has lots of time just to find out what is going on. She likes to be your pal. Such a sympathetic nature will go far in her chosen pro- fession of nursing. WILLIAM RICHARD JONES 19 Cypress Ave Science and Engineering Beaser “Mr. Scientist is the name for Bill. Math and science are his pet sub- jects for conversation. Daily at 8:29 and a breath more. Bill would puff up the stairs to the third floor. He was always in the center of class activi- ties. and we have found him a very Capable class president Hobby Mechanical drawing. Ninth St. General Academic Char Singing Charlie! He's always ready with a song, a smile, and a helping hand. I'm everybody's friend, says Charlie, and he means it. Though he has never been a leader, many of our class activities would have failed if Charlie hadn't been there fetching, collecting, and returning. Hobby: Trying to find lots of things not to do. LEONA MARIE MADELINE 518 Essex St. Commercial “Lee “Lee can cut mighty fancy capers on roller skates, but give her a Rem- ington or an L. C. Smith and she's sunk. Three long, brutal years she's has put in trying to conquer the manipulation of a typewriter. But she's just not the kind to give up, she'll get it or else. . . . Hobby: Watching Roller Derby. Goal: Roller Derby. Favorite Saying: ”1 wonder if Charlie did his clerical procedure. Pet Peeve: Several teachers who de- cide to give us homework. IDA MAY MILLER 1 Burdsall Ave. College Entrance College Entrance in Arts When Ida appeared in her short hair-do, we were goggle-eyed. Soon we realized her personality and smart attire set off to perfection this newer than new coiffure. Her ability in sports and school work has won her many friends, and without a doubt she will be pleasantly re- membered by all. Hobby: Taking time tests, never mak- ing them. Goal: To be a secretary. MULLISON Paulsboro Clarksboro Rd., Paulsboro Industrial Arts “Moo There is more to Lorraine than her attractiveness, her cleverness, and her efficiency. There is her drive and forcefulness. Her unlimited courage has lead us through upsets, reverses, and clear sailing. We've often won- dered how she could do so much and.still earn such heavenly marks. Hobby: Music, Frank. Goal: To become a Medical Tech- nician. Favorite Saying: “Oh, you're simple. Pef Peeve: Going to school. Moe looks like the ads for Body Built. What a physique this lad en- dures! We could have become so much better acquainted with Moe if he had appeared in classes more frequently; but he has always been a good worker in extra curricular activities. Hobby: Girls.
