Father Joseph Martelli Father Martelli has enough gravity to be a good principal, while having enough sensitivity to be a friend, and overwhelming generosity and inspiration to keep the Gloucester Catholic spir- it alive. Father takes pride in getting to know the students and is always there to support our sports, plays and drives. Father Martelli’s office door is always open. Fle’s not only our principal, he’s our friend! Father Peter Sullivan Gloucester Catholic is a school trying to meet the academic, moral and social needs of a cross section of students whose abilities, interests and talents vary. Because of this diversity, a person in administration has to develop a wide range of skills. My job puts me in contact with seniors making plans for continued education, parents working on financial aid forms, teachers work- ing to improve the content of their courses and fellow administra- tors in discussing plans for changes and future growth. All in all, the diversity of tasks keeps my job very interesting. 18
