The team was also the tri champion of the Coon Valley Conference with a h l record in conference play. The team and players received many honors. Jim Heuton, John Archer, Byron Nair, and Neil Williams were named to the all Coon Valley Con ference team, Ken Johnston was named to the second team. Chosen for the all state honor roll were Neil Williams and Jim Heuton, and Jim Heuton was also named for honorable mention in the Southwest District As co captains for the season, the team selected Ken Johnston and Jim Heuton. Byron Nair was chosen as the most valuable player. In addition, 15 of the 29 players earned letters this season.
