HISHIRY We sponsored the Homecoming Dance for the queen and her attendants, whichwas given in the gym. Our Junior Homecoming attendant was Ruth Ann Hoover. Our Honor Society consisted of the top ten of the class, as follows: Richard Barnes, Charles Pauley, Lomeda Schmid, Ruth Thompson, Ruth Ann Hoover, Doris Jones, Dorothy Keeney, Zelma Wallace, Marcella Emshwiller and Donna Sheridan. Another big event of our Junior Year was the arrival of our class rings. 1950 finds us as fifty-five dignified Seniors remaining from the ninety-one who entered as Freshmen four years ago. Our officers are: Donna Sheridan, Presi- dentg Lomeda Schmid, vice presidentg Patty Williams, secretary, Clarice Davis, trea- surerg Doris Jones and Charles Pauley, re- porters. Roberta Barlett, Bernedia Barnett, Patty Williams, and David Staten make up our 1 . P ,,n 4 Ufiglial' , , Q X ., I .Lid advisory council Our advisors are Miss Wheeler and Mr. Caudill. The name of our Senior Class Play was Peter Beware , given May 11, and May 12. lt was directed by Miss Wheeler. Our Homecoming Queen was Marcella Emshwiller, attendants were: Ruth Ann Hoover, Seniorg Wanda Weaver, Junior, Ruth Ann Schwamberger, sophomore: and Joan Lands, freshman. We had our graduation pictures made at Martings. Our name cards and announcements were ordered and received with eagerness. Now we are waiting anxiously for the Junior-Senior Banquet and even more so for our Baccalaureate and Commencement exer- cisesg but as the time grows nearer for us to leave Glenwood, we begin to regret it.
