Mr. Hamilton, directorg Gloria Sollie, assistant director Craig Rechkemmer, Ted Ressler. A Date With jucljf' On February 26 and 27, when A Date with Judy appeared before two great audiences, there were many more problems than just hoping that they wouldn't forget their lines. A Date Wztb Judy Left to right John Sparks Alice Morris Greg Binus Joyce Boord, Steve Schmidt, Pam Croasdaile Harriet Goldsmith Charlotte Henning Judy King, Helen Holibaugh, Steve Danger Dean Davenport John Kramer Sandy Schreiber. Oogie fGreg Binusj Judy Uoyce Boordj The star of A Date with Judy is, of course, Judy, a sixteen-and-a-half-year old who has the most fantastic imagina- tion in the world. Her goal is to win a contest of soliciting the most subscrip- tions for the Charity Bazaar. The win- ner will be queen of the Charity Ball. Instead of just going out to get the con- tributions, she dreams up a lot of fan- tastic schemes which result in near catas- trophe. When her arch-rival, Tootsie Whiteman, wins over Judy, the world almost comes to an end. Tootsie, how- ever, comes down with a case of hives on the night of the dance and Judy becomes queen. The crisis is over but, probably, will never be forgotten.
