.. , 1 The Dance C1ub's long practices finally culminated in the fall play, given by the Drama Club. The Dance Club performed twice in the play. They had a recital in the spring. They helped the Drama Club with their production of the musical 'South Pacific' by choreographing most of the dancing. The Dance Club was honored to have Ms. Kinser as their sponsor. 2 1. Drama Clubis Fall Play A Big Success The Drama Club had many plays this year. In November they had a three act play called 'A-Fuedin' Over Yonder. In April the Drama Club gave a well-performed musical, 'South Pacific'. They were helped with this by the Dance Club. The F.C. . Helps the Community The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, one of G1envar's largest clubs, had over sixty members this year. The F.C.A. was a very active club and provided services to the community such as visiting area hospitals and giving food baskets to needy families. They also met with other high school huddles for monthly breakfasts. The F.C.A. was in charge of the Baccalaureate service and the organization was credited with starting the first service at Glenvar High School. The F.C.A. had fun by going on ski trips and to Virginia Tech football games. 1. Mr. Ward tells Mr. Killinger about the F.C,A.'s project plans. 2.
