Students Develop Language Skills Yi Students in the foreign language classes participated in either French, Spanish, or Latin. This year, in ad- dition to the four levels of French and Spanish a third year of Latin was added to the growing enroll- ment. Along with the development of the skill necessary to the study of foreign languages, activities of varying in- terests centering around each culture were enjoyed during the year. A few of these activities included skits, foreign songs, and dances. Students also leamed of the in- creasing importance of foreign lan- guage abilities in many interesting careers. 134 Foreign Language sm Qtr man 555
