Outside, there was a balloon-man and an organ grinder along with his monkey to help complete the park theme. Helen Shaw, last year's queen, crowned Scotty as we all crushed forward for a glimpse of the new queen. She was at- tended by flower girl, Kathy Robertson ancl crownbearer, Stephen Brown.
