The class studies gourment cooking, and exclusive dining room procedures. Students in the Junior Food Service Program learn to make salads, main courses, desserts, soups and vegetables. They also serve in the dining room, manage the kitchen and even wash dishes. Every two to four weeks, the stu- dents alternate jobs so at the end of the year everything will be known to perfection. Twice a week the dining room is open to the public and the Glen- Oak faculty. On certain occasions there are banquets for private organizations in the Oakroom. Several times a year the Oakroom is open to the GlenOak students. iii! il E , n SRV- , yi, ' of wir 1 . ,W -e-? ' -'FT' - lf.-I-ll if Qnf-4x4 -- 'f 'af r'f ' H-.. 250 P' 'QWQNIUF ' Z- , ,if .9 rk.
