Volume V, No. t Student Council Pat Smith The purpose of this organiza- tion is to encourage and secure better co-operation among stu- dents and between students and faculty, to create better citizen- ship among the students and to promote school activities. The three major officers of the Student Organization are elected in the spring of the year by popular vote. One of my duties is to help keep an orderly lunch line. We feel that by having members of the student council watch the line we can insure you faster service and, therefore, a longer time to enjoy your lunch. Another of my duties is to keep the main bulletin board at the office decorated. We are Janning bulletin boards that are both educational and enter- taining. Miss Stone, the elub yvesidents. and committee chair- men are helping me with these yoards. Working with the club presi- dents and committee chairmen is another of my responsibili- ties. 1 meet with these people and help them with their proj- ects and help them he a service to the school. —Sue Hart New Addition Nearly Completed Our new addition is éxpected to be completed by Thanksgiv- ing. We will have six néw class rooms, a band room, a. band storage room for instruments. a book storage room, a book store, and a ticket booth.
