Although their tasks may seem routine, the clerical personn Mrs. Marcina Daniels, Mrs. Mary Zimmerman, Mrs, Cath Friendly and obliging at all times, attend- ance officers and school secretaries perform a valuable service. Making ends meet and preparing the daily menu are iust two of the many jobs belonging to cafeteria manager Mrs. Estella Epperson lsecond from rightl and her assistant managers Isabel Jackson, Charlotte Lucier, and Alice Cota. Not only do the busy women of Glendale Higl'1's cafeteria prepare breakfast and lunch for hungry Glendale students, they also find time to prepare banquets for various clubs and organizations. They begin working at 7 a.m., baking their own pastries and preparing their own special dishes under the supervision of Mrs. Isabel Jackson, who became cafeteria manager second semester when Mrs. Estella Epperson was promoted to assistant cafeteria supervisor for Glendale schools.
