Because the high school was overcrowded. they took up resi- dence in the gymnasium. From there they mi- grated to the town hall. Eyery morning they had their core subjects at the town hall. In the afternoon they journeyed to the Congress Ay- enue School for their special classes. The highlight of the year was the Christ- mas season. They presented the Christmas pa- geant. Geraldine and the XN'hite Robel' to the students and faculty of Glendale as well as to their parents and friends. Two of their other Christmas projects were the decorating of Ma- ple Knoll Hospital and the preparation of food, clothing. and toys for a needy family.
